Dr. Johannes Weber, age 61, MBA in Finance & Corporate Strategy with  Dr.’s Degree from Munich University, Germany. 16 years of experience in Strategy as well as Finance Manager within Daimler-Benz Group, areas: Electronics, Aerospace & Defense, Automotive Supplier, Automotive Manufacturer, later 4 years CFO in a European Market Research Group, 9 years self-employed as Business Consultant for Corporate Strategy, Business Process Consulting, M&A, China Import/Export

Xiaoli Mei, age 47, graduated in English by Jiangxi Gannan Teachers College - Department of Foreign Languages
worked as an office clerk at PUMA China for many years before opening an own company for sports shoes design, also formerly running her own high-end international kindergarten, working as a professional translator for English for industry and teaching students who want to study in foreign country

What we offer:

We search for you High Technology industrial products of any kind - electrics, electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, machinery, tools, instruments etc. - within Germany, Europe, USA, Canada.

We send request for proposal according to your specifications to suitable, qualified suppliers and negotiate price, terms and conditions of delivery/shipping, payment... Also we organize shipment including exportation documents and German Customs clearance.

We do our best to do everything fast. As soon as possible you will receive our quotation, normally within 3-4 days - if you can name supplier and article numbers will make the process easier and faster.

Why should you choose us? We have advantage compared to others: Mrs. Mei is a native Mandarin speaker doing the Chinese communication with our customers - and I am a German speaking Finance Manager doing the German/English communication and negotiations with suppliers. We have rich experience and hence close contacts to HighTech Industry.

How we work:

You can see us as your Purchase Department in Germany. The difference is: we do not get a salary from you every month, but a commission (negotiated between you and us)  - but only if we are successful. We will negotiate for you best price, even if our commission sometimes will be lower – because we want the client and you want the client. So we act as your Purchase Agents: finally we will place order IN YOUR NAME, which means the delivery contract will be between you and the supplier we found for you. This will put you on safe side in case of warranty – because as agents we cannot give warranty.

In some cases, if a supplier has sales offices or agents in China already, or because of their sales strategy, they may refuse to directly sell/export to your company, so we will try our best to buy the product for you.

What we need:

When doing Import/Export business, a lot of documents is necessary – from German and Chinese authorities. We will inform you what documents we need when exporting to China, you will inform us what documents are needed for importing into China. It is all about good communication with TRUST!
